1. Pengantar Sebagaimana disampaikan oleh para ahli demografi bahwa penuaan penduduk merupakan fenomena global. Penuaan penduduk merupakan ciri demografi abad milenium. Keadaan ini diakibatkan oleh proses demografi, yaitu; penurunan angka mortalitas seiring dengan semakin rendahnya angka fertilitas. Di samping itu kemajuan di bidang teknologi dan ilmu kedokteran telah dapat menekan angka kematian yang disebabkan oleh penyakit menular. Bersamaan itu tingkat pendidikan dan pengetahuan masyarakat turut mengubah pola hidup masyarakat menjadi anti mortalitas. Usia harapan hidup (life expectancy at birth) semakin panjang merupakan output dari perubahan seperti yang digambarkan di atas. Dampak langsung dari peningkatan usia harapan hidup adalah peningkatan jumlah penduduk lansia (elderly). Diperkirakan pada tahun 2005 penduduk lansia Indonesia (60+) sudah berjumlah 18,4 juta jiwa atau sekitar 8,1 persen dari jumlah penduduk kita. Family Educational design could impact child personality in their life. The family that set up education in democratic circumstance makes children more stable in manner and behaviour, children that are educated in authoritarianism situation tent to aggressive. Family that set up in permissive circumstance make them more aggressive. The research result could be interpreted that we have to evaluate three educational environments, namely: family, school and community (peer groups). We have to design those environments which could support the child in their psychology development phase. The other is IT tools, the one relatively newest educational institution that also could impact child behaviour.
